ある作品を作るとする。
原案を考える人がいる。
それを形にする人がいる。
それを具体化させるために、出資する人がいる。

クリエーティブな仕事というものは、「原案」だったり「監督」だったり、アニメなたアニメーターであったり声優だったり。

たとえばアメリカなどだと、こういうクリエイティブなことをする人たちに、「私にはクリエイティビティはないので、お金を出すという形で参加させて欲しい。」という発想が主である出資者が多いそうである。

しかし、日本はどうか。
もうおわかりでしょうが、「お金を出す人が一番えらいんだ。お前ら、オレには逆らうな。さあ、作品を作れ！」というスタンスなんだそうです。

実写映画もアニメも、「監督」となのつく役職の人は、日本では大金持ちはあまりいない。
作った人にお金が入るシステムではないからです。

切ないことですが、もうこれはどうすることもできない、根深いシステムですよね。
